Shipping Restrictions

• Mace, pepper spray, a stun gun, a TASER, stun baton or any other stun device CANNOT be shipped outside the Continental United States.
• Mace spray and pepper spray products CANNOT be shipped to New York.
• NOTE: Dog pepper spray and Bear pepper spray CAN now be shipped to NY, WI and MI.
• Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to NY, MA, IL (only w/FOID), NJ, MI, WI, RI, Chicago IL or the city of Philadelphia, PA.
• TASERS CANNOT be shipped to NY, MA, IL (only w/FOID), NJ, MI, WI, RI, Chicago, IL or the city of Philadelphia, PA.
• All pepper spray orders are shipped by GROUND service only (this is by law).

Secure Ordering Online: You can use your credit card to place your order online 24 hours a day. When you submit an order, your credit card information is sent through the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, the most commonly used and safest way to send private information across the Internet today.

Paying By Check or Money Order: When paying by check, your order will be shipped after your check has cleared (allow up to 10 days). When paying by money order, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of your money order.

Shipping

We try to ship all orders within 1-3 business days or less (Monday-Friday) via UPS GROUND, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Parcel Post. Please provide a physical address for ALL TASER orders as they are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If we are unable to ship within that time, we will notify you by e-mail.

If you order more than one product, your items may be shipped separately and by different methods depending on warehouse availability. This would be at no additional cost to you. Non-Lethal Personal Protection utilizes several warehouses around the country to get the products shipped to you asap.

Shipping is FREE if you order a minimum of $100.00. Otherwise, a flat rate of ONLY $8.95 (excluding Hawaii & upgraded shipping).

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Item Availability

If for some reason stock happens to be out when you pay for we will notify you by e-mail. You will then have the option of waiting until the item becomes available or receiving a full and immediate refund. If you have any questions let me know.

Returns

Here at Non-Lethal Personal Protection, our number one priority is customer service and customer satisfaction. We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

Return Policy - We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our self defense items. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days at your expense. We do not pay for return shipping. Only items with warranties can be returned outside 30 days (see warranty policy below).

If you need to return an order, please read the following:

• Please contact us by email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must be on your return shipping label. If it is not, your package may be refused and sent back to you.
  
  
• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. All delivery dates are kept on file here at Stun Guns and Tasers.com. Returns received after 30 days will receive an exchange or in store credit only.
  
  
• The product(s) must be returned in resaleable condition with all original packaging, accessories and accompanying literature.
  
  
• WARRANTY POLICY: Items that have a warranty will state so on our website, or on the package of the item. Any item that does not state a warranty on our website or on the packaging is only warranted for 30 days. Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECT only. Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items being return under warranty MUST be returned with original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals/pamphlets, etc. Failure to do so will result in warranty being voided and not fulfilled. Products being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect, wear and tear and/or customer misuse, and replaced accordingly. If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you of such, and provide options for returning item back to you or for us to dispose of the item here. Refunds will not be given under warranty. Items that do not have a warranty cannot be returned outside 30 days of receipt. If you are needing to return an item to us under warranty, please follow the return policy guidelines above.
  
  
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Non-Lethal Personal Protection.
  
  
• The cost of shipping your order to you, whether you paid for shipping or not, will be deducted from any refund given. For example, if your order was $124.00, which qualifies for free shipping, and you return your order for a refund, your refund amount will be $115.50. ($8.95 shipping on most orders)
  
  
• Please send your return via UPS or FED EX since these methods are easily trackable. If you prefer to use US Mail, please insure the package and include delivery confirmation. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the return gets to Non-Lethal Personal Protection.
